The Chateau

Welcome to the Château apartment at Wadley Farms! Nestled amidst the stunning grounds of Wadley Farms, our apartment offers a unique and enchanting experience with breathtaking views of our fruit orchards, gardens, vineyard, Mount Timpanogos, and Castle. Whether you're here for an event, work, or vacation, our space provides the perfect accommodation.

The apartment features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen, ensuring comfort and convenience during your stay. Enjoy the serenity of the surroundings from your private balcony, overlooking the vineyard, gardens, and castle. Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor, accessible via one flight of stairs.

While the days are mostly quiet, please be aware that events typically take place in the evenings between 6-9pm (hours may vary). During events, parking is private and reserved, and access to the grounds is closed by a large gate. However, you are welcome to come and go as you please during these closed hours by simply unlatching the gate.

For your convenience, the kitchen is fully equipped for on-site meal preparation, and a washer and dryer are included for your use. Stay connected with strong WiFi and make use of the provided desk and workspace area. Additionally, streaming services are available on the TV for your entertainment.

As guests, you have access to the apartment only, but feel free to explore and admire the grounds when no events are taking place.  We kindly ask that you respect the space provided due to our full-time wedding and corporate event center operations.

Located just minutes away from outdoor recreation opportunities such as hiking, biking, and running trails, as well as scenic Provo Canyon and American Fork Canyon, there's plenty to explore nearby. We're also conveniently close to I-15, Sundance Mountain Resort, BYU, and UVU, with easy access to Park City and downtown Salt Lake City.

Please be aware of our gate closure times for privacy and safety, especially during the evening and early morning hours.

Finally, please read and adhere to our guidelines regarding noise levels, particularly if you're booking for a wedding or event. We enforce strict rules on noise after 10pm and prohibit large gatherings or parties in the apartment. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction and a fine.
