Hermitage Suite

The Hermitage Suite, located on the beautiful grounds of Wadley Farms. With spectacular views of our fruit orchards, gardens, vineyard, Mount Timpanogos and Castle, there really is no other place like it. Whether you are attending an event onsite, or are here for work or vacation, this is the place for you. Located at the base of the Wasatch mountains there is a lifetime of outdoor recreation only minutes away.  

The space - 2 bedroom, 1 bath and fully equipped kitchen. The first bedroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet and washer are dryer.  The second bedroom has a full bed and a desk/work space. 

Located in our fruit orchards with spectacular views of  the vineyard, gardens and castle from private balcony.  Located on second floor up one fight of stairs. Mostly quiet during the day. Events take place most evenings between the hours of 6-9pm (hours may vary). Parking is private and reserved during an event. Access to the grounds is closed each night by a large gate. You are welcome to come and go during these closed hours, however will need to  simply un-latch the chain, open the gate, and close the gate behind you.  

Includes fully equipped kitchen for on site meal preparation - dishes, pots, pans, mixing bowls, utensils, cookware, bakeware, etc. washer and dryer included. Large closet with extra bedding.  Strong Wifi with desk and workspace area. TV with streaming services.

Guests will have access to the apartment only.  Feel free to admire the grounds, but because this is a full-time wedding and corporate event center, we ask that you only use the space provided. Only 5 minutes from hiking, biking and running trails near Battle Creek Canyon. 10 minutes to scenic Provo Canyon and American Fork Canyon and just minutes from I-15, Sundance Mountain Resort, BYU and UVU. Only 15 minutes to Provo, 45 minutes from historic Park City and 40 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City and Salt Lake City International Airport. 

 We have a large gate at the entrance of our property that will be self locked with a large chain between the hours of 10pm-7am.  If we have no scheduled events, you may notice the gate being closed early. We keep the gate closed all day on Sundays.  We ask that if you must enter or leave during these closed hours, that you close and latch the gate behind you.  This offers you privacy and safety in the evening and early morning to enjoy.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!

If you are booking for your wedding or attending an event on-site we ask that you please do not book our apartment if you plan on having any before or after parties. We are located in a residential area and have strict rules on noise after 11pm. You may not use our apartment for your entire wedding party to use. You must get prior approval before anyone outside of your guest list is able to use the apartment. We have guests staying in the apartment next door so please plan on being respectful. If you book both apartments in the building we can be slightly more lenient on noise levels. The owners live on property and will have you vacate the property immediately if you violate any of the rules listed above and you will not receive your security deposit back.
